RekenTest is software to practice, analyze and test arithmetic skills. The software can be used for classes or as a homework helper. Also those needing arithmetic skills professionally, like commercial pilots or nurses, may find this software beneficial. It has been designed for problems with values above 100, but it is also suitable to train the multiplication tables. Decimal values are supported in various formats: money, percentages and fractions.
The software adapts itself to a particular student, based on the student's performance. This way the problems offered are always a reasonable challenge, never too easy or too hard. But you can also let the software use customized problems. The software offers extra practice with remedial problems: if a student needs some extra exercise on a particular problem the program will provide this automatically. After each session an extensive report will be created.
The software has a well organized and user-friendly interface, with an elegant design (view screenshots) and is well documented online. The software can be used in a network. This is easy to install, a stable and user-friendly server lets your users connect client-side without any technical hassle at all. This also allows you to work with groups (shareware version only).
RekenTest is freeware and has Dutch roots, but it is now available in several languages and is used all over the world.
